Mega Aula ICBAS-FFUP – Semana Europeia do Desporto #BeActive

No âmbito da Semana Europeia do Desporto – #BeActive, o CDUP-UP promove uma Mega Aula gratuita, aberta a toda a comunidade, no dia 29 de setembro, no ICBAS-FFUP.

Com 1h30 de duração, a atividade integra três modalidades, combinando diferentes estímulos de treino, música e movimento numa experiência dinâmica e acessível a diferentes níveis de condição física.

Programa

• 18h30 — YOURFIT BODY®
• 19h00 — YOURFIT PUMP®
• 19h30 — Yoga/Mindfulness

⚠️ Este formulário destina-se exclusivamente a participantes que não estejam inscritos no Programa UPFit.
Se já está inscrito/a no UPFit, deverá efetuar o registo na atividade através da APP.

Os dados recolhidos neste formulário serão utilizados pela organização do evento, exclusivamente para as seguintes finalidades:

• Identificação dos participantes e seguro: nome, nº cc, número de contribuintem data de nascimento e ligação à Universidade do Porto ;
• Envio de informações sobre o evento: e-mail;
• Necessidade de comunicação urgente com o participante: número de telemóvel;

Durante o evento, haverá registo de imagens para reportagem e divulgação nos canais próprios da U.Porto, incluindo páginas oficiais das redes sociais.

Mega Aula ICBAS-FFUP – European Week of Sport #BeActive

As part of the European Week of Sport – #BeActive, CDUP-UP is promoting a free Mega Class, open to the entire community, on 29 September, at ICBAS-FFUP.

Lasting 1 hour and 30 minutes, the activity includes three different sessions, combining training, music and movement in a dynamic experience suitable for different fitness levels.

⚠️ This form is exclusively for participants who are not registered in the UPFit Programme.
If you are already registered with UPFit, you must book the activity through the APP.

DATA PROTECTION:

The data collected in this form will be used by the event’s organization exclusively for the following purposes:

• Participant identification and insurance: name, ID card number, tax identification number, date of birth, and affiliation with the University of Porto;
• Sending information about the event: email;
• Urgent communication with the participant: mobile phone number;

During the event, images will be recorded for reporting and dissemination through U.Porto’s official channels, including official social media pages.
