Os dados recolhidos neste formulário serão utilizados pela organização do evento, exclusivamente para as seguintes finalidades:
- Identificação dos participantes para efeitos de seguro: nome e data de nascimento;
- Comunicação sobre o evento: e-mail;
- Contactos urgentes: número de telemóvel;
- Estatísticas: ligação à U.Porto.
Os dados pessoais recolhidos serão conservados apenas durante o período necessário à organização e gestão do evento, e pelo tempo exigido por obrigações legais aplicáveis.
Durante o evento, poderão ser captadas imagens (fotografias e/ou vídeo) para fins de reportagem e divulgação institucional nos canais oficiais da Universidade do Porto e do Centro de Desporto da U.Porto, incluindo páginas em redes sociais.
Caso não autorize a captação ou utilização da sua imagem, poderá manifestar essa oposição junto da organização do evento, através do e-mail: eventos@cdup.up.pt , preferencialmente antes do início do evento.

The data collected in this form will be used by the event organization exclusively for the following purposes:
- Participant identification for insurance purposes: name and date of birth;
- Event communication: e-mail;
- Emergency contacts: mobile phone number;
- Statistics: connection to U.Porto.
Personal data collected will be kept only for the duration and period necessary for the organization and management of the event, and for the time required by applicable legal obligations.
During the event, images (photographs and/or video) may be captured for reporting and institutional dissemination purposes on the official channels of the University of Porto and the University’s Sports Centre (CDUP-UP), including social media platforms.
If you do not authorize the capture or use of your image, you must express this objection to the event organization by e-mail: eventos@cdup.up.pt, preferably before the start of the event.
