IMPORTANTE: Caso não seja atingido um número de equipas suficiente para a realização do Torneio, o mesmo poderá ser cancelado.
PROTEÇÃO DE DADOS:
Os dados recolhidos neste formulário serão utilizados pela organização do evento, exclusivamente para as seguintes finalidades:
- Identificação dos participantes: nome;
- Envio de informações sobre o evento: e-mail;
- Necessidade de comunicação urgente com o participante: número de telemóvel;
- Dados de faturação: número de contribuinte.
Durante o evento, haverá registo de imagens para reportagem e divulgação nos canais próprios da U.Porto, incluindo páginas oficiais das redes sociais.

Minimum number of teams: 8
IMPORTANT: If a sufficient number of teams is not reached for the Tournament to take place, the Tournament may be cancelled.
DATA PROTECTION:
The data collected in this form will be used by the organization of the event, exclusively for the following purposes:
- Identification of participants: name;
- Sending information about the event: e-mail;
- Need for urgent communication with the participant: mobile phone number;
- Billing data: taxpayer number.
During the event, there will be registration of images for reporting and disclosure in the proper channels of the U.Porto, including official pages of social networks.
